This weekend I build an outfeed table for the table saw and a stand for the new planer. The outfeed table was inspired by a design in Jim Tolpin’s Table Saw Magic. It folds down to make room or for moving the saw.

Great outfeed table
I have the same saw and fence system, and have wanted to make this type of outfeed table. But just had trouble figuring out how to attach it. Does your fence still ride on the back rail? Any worries of it tipping over when the table is in the down position? Is it only attached to the side of the cabinet? How much material did you use?
Thanks,
Bert
